Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, we make it right. Here's how the process works.
A thirty-day window
Alloy Mall accepts returns on most items within 30 days of the original delivery date. To qualify, apparel and footwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, liners, and packaging intact. Accessories — including handbags, watches, jewelry, and eyewear — must be returned in their original boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards, unused and with all protective films or seals still in place.
What's eligible
- Unworn clothing with all original tags attached
- Unused accessories in original packaging
- Watches and jewelry with original packaging, boxes, and authenticity cards
- Defective or damaged items (see below)
- Incorrect items shipped in error
- Worn, washed, or altered clothing
- Intimates, swimwear, and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Watches or jewelry missing original box, certificate, or protective seals
- Final-sale, clearance, and personalized items
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, Alloy Mall will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a full replacement of the same item or a complete refund to your original payment method. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and the item so we can file a claim with the carrier or brand.
Fine watches and jewelry
Fine watches and jewelry priced above $2,000 are inspected and authenticated on return. Sizing adjustments, link removals, and bezel-tampering render an item non-returnable. Pieces showing any signs of wear, alteration, or missing documentation will be returned to you at your cost. We will always communicate before rejecting or adjusting a return.
Return shipping
For standard (non-defective) returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable and insured shipping method — Alloy Mall cannot be responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and any documentation required for the package.
How to start a return

Email us
Send a return request to info@alloymall.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason, and photos if the item arrived defective or damaged.

Receive return authorization
Our team reviews your request and responds within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the correct return address, and any special instructions.

Pack & ship
Repack the item securely using its original packaging, attach all original accessories and tags, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address we provide.

Refund after inspection
Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 1–2 statement cycles to post the credit.
Exchanges
We handle exchanges as a standard return plus a new order — this is the fastest way to get you the correct size, color, or model without inventory holds. Once your return is on its way, place a new order for the replacement item and we will refund the original purchase as soon as it arrives and passes inspection.
