Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using alloymall.com (the “Site”) or placing any order with Alloy Mall. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Alloy Mall. Use of the site

Alloy Mall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. When using the Site you agree that you will not:

The Alloy Mall name, logo, original photography, page layouts, and editorial copy are the property of Alloy Mall and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

All other brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes. Alloy Mall operates as a marketplace featuring 700+ brands across our fashion and accessories categories. Unless expressly stated on a specific product page, Alloy Mall is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any manufacturer whose products appear on the Site, and our use of their trademarks does not imply any such affiliation.

Product listings, pricing & availability

We work hard to keep product descriptions, imagery, and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that every listing is error-free. Colors, finishes, and specifications may differ slightly from what appears on your screen due to photography, display settings, or manufacturer revisions.

• Product availability is subject to change without notice. Items may sell out, be discontinued, or become backordered at any time.
• Prices are subject to change at any time. If a pricing error is identified after you place an order, Alloy Mall reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities, restrict sales to suspected resellers, and refuse service at our discretion.

Orders & payments

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally authorized to make the purchase, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Alloy Mall may accept or decline in its sole discretion. Your order is not final until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Full payment is required before orders ship. We accept major credit and debit cards and approved digital wallets. Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Disclaimer of warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alloy Mall and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any products purchased through it, even if Alloy Mall has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Alloy Mall's total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to any product exceed the amount you actually paid for that product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alloy Mall and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites operated by brands, partners, or service providers. Alloy Mall does not control the content, practices, or policies of those sites and is not responsible for their availability, content, or privacy practices. Accessing any third-party link is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
