Complimentary on orders over $75
Alloy Mall offers free standard shipping on all orders over $75 delivered within the continental United States. Orders under $75 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. All outbound orders ship from our fulfillment center at 130 Hickman Road, Claymont, DE 19703.
Handling time
Orders are typically picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on weekdays, as well as orders placed on weekends and federal holidays, are processed the next business day. You will receive an email the moment your order ships.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships (not the date it is placed). Actual transit times depend on carrier performance and your destination.

Domestic rates
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, rates are calculated live at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. Typical ranges are:
- Standard (under $75 order) — flat $6.95 to most U.S. addresses
- Express — starting at $14.95, varies by weight and destination
- Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories — quoted at checkout based on USPS or UPS rates
- Oversized luggage and travel goods — may incur additional freight surcharges, which are disclosed at checkout
International
International orders are available by request outside of our standard checkout. Email info@alloymall.com with the items you are interested in and your delivery address, and our team will provide a shipping quote, estimated transit time, and customs guidance. Please note that recipients are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country; these are not included in the product price or shipping quote.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with your tracking number and a direct link to follow the package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is generated. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at info@alloymall.com so we can investigate.
Insurance on watches, jewelry & fine goods
All shipments containing watches, fine jewelry, designer handbags, and other luxury accessories are automatically insured at full value against loss or damage in transit at no additional cost to you. If an insured package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will file the carrier claim and replace or refund your order without delay. Standard orders under $200 are covered by complimentary courier liability coverage; additional insurance is available on request for an added fee.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Alloy Mall is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@alloymall.com — we can update the address only if the order has not yet been handed to the carrier.
